By accessing or using the Aahar website, placing an order, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Aahar platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order or create an account on our website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Account Registration

4.1 Order Process Orders can be placed through our website. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
4.2 Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation is acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is confirmed as being prepared.
4.3 Accuracy of Orders It is your responsibility to review your order carefully before submitting. Please ensure items, quantities, delivery address, and contact details are correct before checking out.
4.4 No Modifications or Cancellations All orders are final once placed. We do not accept modifications or cancellations after an order has been submitted. This is necessary to ensure kitchen efficiency and timely delivery. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
4.5 Availability All menu items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a refund for that item.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices include applicable sales tax where required by New Jersey law unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you see at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
6. Payment
6.1 Accepted Methods We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6.2 Security Your payment information is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. Aahar does not store, access, or retain your full card details at any point. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.
6.3 Authorization By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that the payment information is accurate.
6.4 Failed Payments If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or contact your bank.
6.5 Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was collected.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Area We deliver from our East Rutherford, NJ location. Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your address. We do not guarantee delivery to all areas.
7.2 Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to order volume, traffic, or other factors outside our control.
7.3 Delivery Hours We accept delivery orders during our operating hours: Monday and Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM. We are closed on Tuesdays.
7.4 Failed Delivery If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by you, failure to be available to receive the order, or refusal of delivery, no refund will be issued.
7.5 Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with a tracking link. You will also receive email updates as your order status changes.
7.6 Third-Party Delivery We may use third-party delivery partners to fulfill orders. While we take care in selecting our partners, Aahar is not liable for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party delivery services once the order has left our premises.
8. Refunds & Disputes
8.1 General Policy We take pride in the quality of our food. If there is a genuine issue with your order — such as an incorrect item, missing item, or a food quality concern — you must report it to us within 6 hours of delivery by contacting us at contact@aaharus.com or +1 201-340-4180.
Claims submitted after 6 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
8.2 Eligible Refund Situations Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in the following situations:
- You received an item you did not order
- An item was missing from your order
- There was a verifiable food quality issue reported within 6 hours
- Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part
8.3 Non-Eligible Situations Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Incorrect address or contact details provided by you
- Delayed delivery due to circumstances outside our control
- Minor variations in portion size or presentation
- Claims submitted after the 6-hour window
8.4 Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- To your original payment method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) — for eligible order issues
- To your Aahar Wallet (if applicable) — where a wallet feature is available, refunds or credits may be issued directly to your account wallet for faster resolution and future use
Note: The Aahar Wallet and rewards program may be introduced at a later date. When available, wallet credits and refunds to wallet will be governed by the terms of that program, which will be published separately.
8.5 Processing Time Refunds to original payment methods typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Wallet credits, where applicable, will be applied immediately.
8.6 Partial Refunds In cases where only part of an order is affected, we may issue a partial refund or credit for the affected items only.
9. Rewards & Loyalty Program
The Aahar Rewards and Points program is not currently active but may be introduced in the future.
When launched, the rewards program will allow customers to earn points on eligible purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts or credits. The full terms of the rewards program — including how points are earned, redeemed, expired, and managed — will be published when the program goes live.
Aahar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
10. Aahar Wallet
The Aahar Wallet feature is not currently active but may be introduced in the future.
When available, the Aahar Wallet will allow customers to store credits for use on future orders. Wallet balances may be funded through refunds, promotional credits, or direct top-ups. Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-refundable as cash, and subject to expiry terms that will be published when the feature launches.
11. Food Safety & Allergens
Our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients, including common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, shellfish, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

12. Reservations
Reservations are accepted by phone at +1 201-340-4180 or email at contact@aaharus.com, subject to availability. We reserve the right to release a table if the party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation time without prior notice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations at our discretion.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of our website
- Use our platform to harass, defame, or harm Aahar, its staff, or other customers
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, legal action.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, menu design, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Aahar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
